I had the opportunity to work on a deal together with Larry and honestly I would not have wanted to do that deal with anyone else. Larry dealt with every situation that came our way in a very professional manner and kept me in the loop whenever things arose. At the end, we helped a seller with his problem and were able to close on the deal even after coming across title issues and other things.
