We bought this property from a seller who had moved to Florida six years prior to selling it. We bought the property as is, no repairs required, no commission, paid the sellers standard closing cost, and attorney fees. The sellers were planning to come back to MA but life happened and decided to sell their beloved home in Hingham MA.
